About Wales Screen Summit 2023
Wales Screen Summit 2023 is a premier event for the film and television industry in Wales to bring together leading professionals from the UK and internationally to pitch ideas, broker co- productions and work together on shaping the future growth and continued success of production in and from Wales. It is also a platform for the industry to celebrate many of the successes that our indie sector and local broadcasters have achieved to date, and announcements for future collaborations and new game-changing commissions.
The concept of Wales Screen Summit is to acknowledge that Cardiff is by now the UK’s third largest media and TV industry powerhouse, and establish our capital city as a conference destination that will equal that of Sheffield DocFest, Edinburgh TV Festival and Content London.
This years’ event will take place from Monday 15th May – Wednesday 17th May 2023, and will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, select screenings and great networking opportunities for attendees.
